Introducing the Delitor II-class Medium Cruiser!
Designers at Loronar Corporation took the Delitor I-class Missile Cruiser, and turned it into an even better multi-role cruiser, a rival for Loronar's own Strike-class Medium Cruiser!
Removing some of the missile-based armament for energy weapons, and improving the structure of the wings, a noted weakness in some combat simulations, Loronar managed to fit two large hangars into the wings, using a honeycomb-reinforcement technique, similar to that in the Mandalorian Clans' Navy's Venator-class Star Destroyers.
This does make the ship slower, however the Delitor II is able to keep up with most warships of similar and larger sizes. Similar armor and shields mean that this ship is perfect for a smaller navy, or simply a fleet commander focusing on rapid growth.

Picture 2: A head-on view of a DMC-II, showing the front of the twin hangars, and the armor guarding the underside engine units.
Picture 3: The boradside of a DMC-II. Despite the seeming lack of difference in appearance to the DMC-I, the DMC-II does pack a different armament. This picture also shows the side of the wing's hangar.
Picture 4: The rear of the DMC-II, practically unchanged from the DMC-I.
Picture 5: The LDD .lxf file. Portions of this ship were based on RememberMM's Dreadnaught-class Heavy Cruiser.
